I am rarely concerned about aphids. They love fresh sappy growth so you will often see them in spring or after a good fertiliser application. Leave them to attract the ladybugs or wash them off with a good sharp jet of water from the hose.

If you must you can spray them eco-oil or neem oil, or as a last resort pyrethrum*

*pyrethrum is organic but is a broad spectrum killer and will kill ALL the bugs - ladybugs and bees included.
